Which models are supported? (top)

Currently all SL-C series Zaurus have been tested. SL-Axxx, SL-Bxxx, SL-5x00, and SL-6000 series are not supported.

How can I boot/install NetBSD/zaurus? (top)

Unfortunately, currently there is no official install document (yet), but there is a post about dumb installation tips on port-zaurus mailing list.
