This was a large rabbit hole that came about by my desire to
understand USB better.  The result was changes to the VHCI driver to
make it more complete and a somewhat working USBIP test client.

The other README files will describe the various parts separately.

It is not likely that any of this fit for committing to the NetBSD
source tree without more work.  At the very least a proper client
needs to exist as the test client is just that, a test.
