Sorry, there is no online documentation for ATF yet. There are, however, multiple manual pages bundled in the distribution file. They are not complete, but can let you get started. Just do man 7 atf after a successful installation.

Of course, you can also look at the source code and read the comments in it. See the repository page for more details on how to do that.
