This page is devoted to my work on the hpcmips port of the NetBSD project.

TrackPoint code for the IBM WorkPad Z50 has now been added to the CVS repository.

There's now a copy of the 07 April 2002 kernel with debugging symbols available. Hopefully this fixes issues with vmstat / netstat.

I've recompiled and re-uploaded another copy of the 1.5ZC kernel. It can be found below, dated the 7th of April.

I'm not sure exactly what was wrong with the kernel from the 5th (vmstat and netstat did not work properly), however this kernel does appear to work properly on my machine.

I've joined the NetBSD development team, working on the hpcmips port. Hopefully this means that I'll be able to add the z50 TrackPoint driver to the CVS tree in the near future.

I've updated the z50 TrackPoint driver to work with recent (e.g. 1.5ZC) CVS sources. The updated code and installation instructions can be found below. I've also added a new kernel image, built from recent CVS sources with the TrackPoint driver included.
